INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 2: ENTER CLIENTS TOTAL VOLUME OF MILK IN LITRES FOR BOTH MILKINGS IN ONE DAY.

STEP 3: ENTER WATER TO MILK RATIO THE NORM BEING 3:1 CLICK ON SQUARE AND AN ARROW SHOULD APPEAR, CLICK ARROW AND RATIO REQUIRED.

STEP 4: CLICK ON DURATION REQUIRED
REMEMBER THAT THE TOTAL VOLUME OF WATER MUST BE PASSED OVER THE COOLING TOWER AT LEAST 4 TIMES, THEREFORE WE RECCOMEND THE USE 1 HOUR.

STEP 5: ENTER START & FINISH TIMES, CLICK ON EACH AND ENTER YOUR REQUIREMENTS. THIS WILL HELP INSTALLER OF TIME CLOCK.

RESULTS:

FROM THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE ENTERED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SELECTED.

  • TANK STORAGE VOLUME.
  • PUMP MIN FLOW RATE.
  • COOLING TOWER REQUIRED INCLUDING:
    • SIZE,
    • DIAMETER,
    • HEIGHT
